We’ll provide you with a three-hour window the day before your scheduled delivery. Timing may vary depending on the size of your order.

Product Questions & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, you can let the delivery team know and they can take it back on the truck. You can also contact our customer service team right away with photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and go from there to determine the next best step, whether that’s a replacement or a return.
Financing & Payments
Yes, we offer special financing allowing you to buy now and pay over time. For more details, please contact the store or visit our financing page.
You can apply for financing online or in-store. Once approved, you can use the card to make purchases and manage your account online. Please note that financing is not available for clearance items.
If you choose to finance your purchase, you typically will receive payment details directly from the financial provider you were approved through. They will outline your billing schedule and next steps.
